Anna Marie Lavenia

Emerson Client Services

Ms. LaVenia joined The Emerson Group in 2007. Previously she worked with ECRM. She is the Director of The Emerson Client Services Office in Solon, Ohio and is responsible for the management team covering Inside Sales, Consumer Affairs, and Concierge Services (Field Sales Samples, Product Imaging, and ECRM Program Preparation).

William Ward

Inside Sales

Mr. Ward joined the Emeson Client Services Office in 2011. Mr. Ward is currently the Inside Sales Team Manager at Emerson Client Services, responsible for management of the Inside Sales Representatives, handling our largest Inside Sales Customers, and representing clients at Trade Events.

Aliscia Martin

Inside Sales

Ms. Martin joined the Emerson Client Services Office in 2014. She is currently an Inside Sales Representative responsible for sales at many of our growth, pitch, and niche accounts.

Tahlia Hill

Ms. Hill joined the Emerson Client Services Office in 2014. She is currently an Inside Sales Representative responsible for sales at many of our growth, pitch, and niche accounts.

Ms. Barth joined the Emerson Client Services Office in 2014. She is currently an Inside Sales Representative responsible for sales at many of our growth, pitch, and niche accounts.

Joe Gisewhite

Concierge Services

Mr. Gisewhite joined the Emerson Client Services Office in 2013. Mr. Gisewhite is currently the Concierge Services Team Manager. In this position, he's responsible for managing the Concierge Services Team, preparing clients and field sales for ECRM Programs, and upkeeping samples and imaging processes throughout the department.

Nicolette Labbad

Concierge Services

Ms. Labbad joined the Emerson Client Services Office in 2015. She is currently an Administrative Associate responsible for assisting clients and field sales managers in preparation for ECRM Programs. She also supplements her time assisting our samples and imaging team members.

Natalie Papes

Concierge Services

Ms. Papes joined the Emerson Client Services Office in 2018. She is currently a Samples Associate responsible for logistics of our field sales managers sample requests.

Fred Blazek

Concierge Services

Mr. Blazek joined the Emerson Client Services Office in 2016. He is currently an Imaging Associate responsible for standard imaging of our client partners' products.

Shamara Johnson

Consumer Affairs

Ms. Johnson joined the Emerson Client Services Department in 2014. She began her career as a Consumer Information Liaison and was promoted to Solutions Coordinator in 2016. In 2019, Ms. Johnson was again promoted to Consumer Affairs Team Manager. Ms. Johnson’s primary role includes managing Solutions Coordinators, responsibility for total ticket quality and quantity, and process execution within the Consumer Affairs Team.

Ms. Myles joined the Emerson Client Services Office in 2015. She is currently a Solutions Coordinator, responsible for managing Consumer Information Liaisons and handling consumer contacts and escalations.

Ms. Ransom joined the Emerson Client Services Office in 2014. She is currently a Solutions Coordinator, responsible for managing Consumer Information Liaisons and handling consumer contacts and escalations.

Miya Woods

Ms. Woods joined the Emerson Client Services Team in 2014. She was brought in as a Consumer Information Liaison and Managed the Consumer Affairs Team from 2016 – 2018. Ms. Woods moved into the Consumer Affairs Training Coordinator position in 2019. Ms. Woods is responsible for training coordination and execution for the Consumer Affairs Team.
