Patrick Gibbons
Mr. Gibbons, President of Emerson Healthcare, is one of the founding partners of The Emerson Group, joining the company
in 1995. Prior to that, he was with Novartis and the Global Brand Manager for Sanofi-Aventis. He is a member of the CHPA
Logistics Steering Committee and the OH Logistics Supplier Advisory Board. He works out of the Emerson Headquarters in
Wayne, Pennsylvania. He holds a BBA from Temple University.
Susan Griffith
Ms. Griffith came to the Emerson Group in 2001. Before that, she was with IDS Scheer,
an international software company where she was Executive Assistant to the CEO.
She heads customer service and manages all client accounts. She works out of the
Emerson Healthcare office in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
Pat LaValley
Ms. LaValley has been with the Emerson Group since 2007. She is the Reverse Logistics
Coordinator for Emerson Healthcare. She works out of the Emerson Healthcare Headquarters
in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
Anita Gallagher
Ms. Gallagher has been with us since 2009. Previously, she was a CPA with Laventhol
and Horwath, Philadelphia National Bank and Rohm & Haas. She manages special
projects including programming, problem resolution and process streamlining. She
works out of the Emerson Healthcare office in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
Christina Romberger
Ms. Romberger has been with the Emerson Group since 2010. Prior to that, she was
an Executive Assistant to the Regional Vice President/Office Manager of Rite Aid
Corporation. She is responsible for order resolution as a Customer Service Representative.
She works out of the Emerson Healthcare office in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
Julia Alexander
Ms. Alexander joined the Emerson Group in 2010. She manages order processing and
works out of the Emerson Healthcare office in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
Peg Nelson
Ms. Nelson has been with the Emerson Group since 2011. Prior to that, she was with
Biffen Wealth Management and Weathervane Wealth Management where she was a Client
Services Administrator. She manages product information/pricing and is responsible
for processing cut and backorder reports. She works out of the Emerson Healthcare
office in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
Vicki DeStefano
Ms. DeStefano joined the company in 2011. Previously, she was with Towers Watson
& IMS Health and Safeguard Business Systems. She is responsible for customer
service and manages all client accounts. She works out of the Emerson Healthcare
office in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
Donna Smiley
Ms. Smiley joined us in 2011. Before that, she was with Human Capital Solutions
and Spherical Concepts. She manages collections and deductions. She works out of
the Emerson Healthcare office in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
Maria Fiore
Ms. Fiore has been with the company since 2012. Prior to that, she was an allocator
with Lechter's Housewares. She manages order processing. She works out of the Emerson
Healthcare office in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
Tammy Brendlinger
Ms. Brendlinger has been with the Emerson Group since 2012. Before that, she was
with the Conestoga Telephone Company for 13 years. She manages non-invoice reporting,
backorder clearance, commission entry, discontinued item processing, backorder reporting
and invoicing backup. She works out of the Emerson Healthcare office in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
Tamra Burtner
Ms. Burtner joined the company in 2012, bringing her experience as a Customer Service
Representative with Ozburn-Hessey Logistics. She manages company logistics. She
works out of the Ozburn-Hessey Logistics Headquarters in Plainfield, Indiana.
Pete Weinstein
Mr. Weinstein started with the Emerson Group in 2013. Prior to that he worked in the family footwear & apparel business as a manager. He has also worked in the Promotions Department at GlaxoSmithKline.
Julie Murphy
Ms. Murphy joined the Emerson Group in 2013. Prior to that, she was with Pep Boys providing EDI consulting and in Inventory Operations managing stock levels. Before that she was Director of Client Services for a B2G firm providing EDI and Value Added Services to Department of Defense suppliers. She is responsible for order processing and EDI issue analysis. She works out of the Emerson Healthcare offices in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
Christine Brown
Ms. Brown joined Emerson Healthcare in September 2014. Previously, she was a Senior Analyst with Fesnak and Associates, LLP and was assigned to the Emerson Healthcare account. She assists with special projects and with the McGladrey accounting department on streamlining processes and promoting efficient workflows. She works out of the Emerson Healthcare office in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
Debra DiVitantonio
Ms. DiVitantonio joined the Emerson Group in 2014. Previously, she was a Supervisor of Sales Support with Verizon Communications for 24 years. She is responsible for credit checks for new Emerson Healthcare customers, auditing orders, commissions, retailer claims and maintaining Emerson's client roster. She works out of the Emerson Healthcare office in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
Joe Siciliano
Mr. Siciliano joined Emerson Healthcare in 2016. Joe comes with 20 years of experience in customer service across the Pharmacy, Internet and Airline reservations industries, as well as a decade in radio broadcasting. He is responsible for Reverse Logistics and works out of the Emerson Healthcare office in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
Karen Williams
Ms. Williams joined The Emerson Group in 2017. Prior to that, she worked for TIP/GE Capital for 13 years in various sales support roles. She supports the Customer Service team and works out of the Emerson Healthcare office in Wayne, Pennsylvania.

Ms. Tate joined The Emerson Group in 2017 and works with our Reverse Logistics team. Prior to joining us, Chris worked for an employee benefits firm and is a graduate of West Chester University. Chris works in our Wayne, PA office.
Samantha Gershman
Ms. Gershman joined The Emerson Group in 2017, after interning with the company. She is a Bloomsburg University graduate with a degree in Marketing and American Sign Language. She is responsible for Couponing, Product Information Management System (PIM) and Data Sync. She works out of the office in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
Taylor Fenton
Ms. Fenton joined The Emerson Group in 2017 as part of the Customer Service team, assisting with order management. She has prior experience in demand planning and inventory management for a distributor of laboratory products. She is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Supply Chain & Information Systems. She works out of the Wayne office.
Connie Schorza
Ms. Schorza joined The Emerson Group in 2017 as part of the Customer Service Team auditing orders, backorder reporting and assisting with commissions. Prior to that, she was a Human Resources Manager in two healthcare contract services management companies. She works out of the Emerson Healthcare office in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
Alex Mead
Mr. Mead joined The Emerson Group in 2017. Previously, he worked as an operations coordinator for an e-commerce direct to consumer wine company. He is responsible for inventory and order management for the e-commerce pick-pack business, working out of the Emerson Healthcare office in Wayne, Pennsylvania.

Tina Poper joined The Emerson Group in 2017. Previously, she was the Administrative Coordinator for the Director of Quality at Einstein Medical Center Montgomery. She works in the Manual Orders Department out of the Emerson Healthcare office in Wayne, Pennsylvania.

He is currently responsible for the day-to-day inventory needs for the E-Commerce team working out of the Emerson Healthcare office in Wayne, PA.
